What this is

MECCHA Wiki is an unofficial, community-built reference site forMECCHA CHAMELEON — the viral hide-and-seek party game launched on Steam on June 9, 2026. We provide a character database (chameleon skins: stats, unlock conditions, abilities), tactical atlas (per-map hide spots, search routes, deception tactics), and mechanics explainers to help players get more out of the game.

Why this exists

MECCHA blew up to 5M+ sales and 244K concurrent peak in its first week, but the game is three weeks old as of this writing. Community knowledge is scattered across TikTok clips, Discord channels, and Reddit threads — there's no structured, searchable reference.

This wiki fills that gap. Two core sections:

• 🦎Character Database — every chameleon skin with stats, unlock conditions, and best use cases.
• 🗺️Tactical Atlas — per-map best hide spots, search routes, deception plays.

What we are not

• •Not affiliated with the developer or publisher. This is a fan project.
• •Not a piracy site. We publish extracted data points (skin names, stats) in wiki tables, never the recovered source tree.
• •Not authoritative. MECCHA is freshly launched — values change fast. Always verify in-game.

Verification policy

Many fields on this wiki are marked TBD — these are real gaps in our knowledge, not lazy placeholders. When a contributor verifies a value (in-game screenshot, datamine extraction, or patch note), the TBD is replaced with the real number and a source citation.
